iMARS: Intelligent Multi-Agent Robotic Systems

iMARS addresses critical challenges faced by First Responders (FRs) during emergency operations by developing an intelligent, robot-assisted system. Coordinated by IMSAR (Institute of Solid Mechanics of the Romanian Academy), the project brings together first responders, industry, and research institutions to reduce intervention times, enhance situational awareness, and minimise human risk, while training the next generation of experts in robotics, AI, and cyber-physical systems for emergency response.
