The project supports the development of human-centric innovation pathways and long-term international partnership building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <a href=\"https:\/\/napier-repository.worktribe.com\/project\/4560597\/wearable-robotics-for-human-robot-collaboration-in-sustainable-construction\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/napier-repository.worktribe.com\/project\/4560597\/wearable-robotics-for-human-robot-collaboration-in-sustainable-construction\">Wearable Robotics for Human-Robot Collaboration in Sustainable Construction<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dates:<\/strong> Sep 15, 2025 \u2013 Feb 17, 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project focuses on developing a competitive Horizon Europe proposal for sustainable and less disruptive building renovation. It explores wearable robotics and robotic collaboration systems that can support safer, more efficient, and more sustainable construction environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Device-based e-Assistant for People (DeAP)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dates:<\/strong> Jun 1, 2025 \u2013 Nov 3, 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project delivers a novel integrated assistive technology platform combining a mobile application with a physiological sensing device. Together, these form a multimodal system designed to detect pre-clinical signs of cognitive and functional decline and support early intervention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Transformative Technologies for Enhancing Healthcare<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dates:<\/strong> Dec 1, 2024 \u2013 Apr 30, 2027<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project hosts international cohorts of early-career researchers conducting research in key areas such as AI-enabled falls prevention, wearable technologies, rehabilitation systems, robotics, and digital healthcare. It supports international knowledge exchange and collaborative innovation in healthcare technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Intelligent Multi-Agent Robotic Systems<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dates:<\/strong> Nov 1, 2024 \u2013 Oct 31, 2028<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The iMARS project brings together expertise from First Responders, AI, Robotics, IoT, 5G, and industry to build multidisciplinary teams and develop innovative methods, metrics, and machine learning approaches for intelligent robotic systems in complex environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. AI-Enabled Healthcare Research and Innovation using Wearable Technologies (AIWT4Care)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dates:<\/strong> Mar 29, 2024 \u2013 Mar 11, 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project addresses the challenge of transforming community health and care using digital technologies and wearable systems. It aims to build an international research community between DAC countries and the UK focused on digital healthcare innovation and service-user centred technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Golf Scorecard Software &amp; Electronics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dates:<\/strong> Oct 1, 2021 \u2013 Mar 31, 2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This industry-focused project aimed to digitise golf scorecard processes for a company through software and electronics development, supporting more efficient and user-friendly scoring systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Adapting to Industry 4.0 Oriented International Education and Research Collaboration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dates:<\/strong> Oct 1, 2020 \u2013 Sep 30, 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project used British Council seed funding to develop an international education and research network focused on AI and Robotics for Industry 4.0.
